Why soft wash

Pressure cracks paint. Soft wash kills algae.

Most of the "dirt" on a Florida home isn't dirt — it's living algae and mildew that feeds on humidity and asphalt. Blasting it off with 3000 PSI just pushes spores into your siding. We treat the surface chemically (eco-safe, plant-friendly), then rinse at safe pressure. It comes back slower. The bond stays intact.

High-pressure wash

Removes the surface, not the source.

Looks clean for a few weeks. Algae regrows fast. Risks splintering wood, denting aluminum, voiding paint warranties.

Coastline soft wash

Kills the algae at the spore level.
